Mr. Bradley served as student academic, dormitory, and club advisor, as class agent for the Alumni Office, and coached intramural basketball, among other roles. For 14 years he taught Choate’s Music Production course, a course he created after orchestrating the building of the school’s recording studio.

Before Choate, Mr. Bradley toured major cities of the world with several Grammy award-winning artists as musical director, keyboardist, and vocalist, earning Gold and Platinum records during a decade-long music career. He graduated Albertus Magnus College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is married with four adult children, all of whom have continued the family’s tradition of private school excellence.

Victoria has worked at every level of the high school recruiting and admissions processes, from admissions coordinator to director, and has admissions experience in both co-ed day schools and all-girls high schools. She has read upwards of thousands of admissions applications, awarded merit and need-based scholarships and determined financial aid awards, conducted school tours for prospective students and their families, led school marketing and communications efforts, and worked on school rebranding efforts.

Victoria's experience includes leading the admissions and enrollment process at Fontbonne Hall Academy and for grades 9-12 at Dwight-Englewood School. She began her admissions career at The Pingry School supporting the Director and Assistant Directors of Admission throughout the recruiting and admissions process.

Victoria also has experience advising international students and their families on all aspects of the private high school admissions process in the United States. This consulting work includes traveling to China where Victoria worked with prospective students to strengthen their applications and hone their interview skills.

Victoria has served as a member of the Young Alumni Board of Breakthrough NY and the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA). She has presented at the annual SSATB conference and has spoken at dozens of schools and panels on the ins and outs of high school admissions.

Having led admission offices in several selective boarding and day schools, he has interviewed over 4000 students and conducted and published academic research on the predictive value of SSAT scores and other factors considered by selective admission committees. While at Lawrenceville, he pioneered the digital version of what is now the SAO Common Application working with other selective boarding schools to develop the form and content of the SAO. He also served on the Board of SSATB. He was awarded honorary lifetime membership to the Western Boarding Schools Association. He researched and presented on the Harkness Table method of teaching that is used in many leading schools and prioritizes active discussion-based classes rather than passive listening in lecture halls. While working in the field of admission, he regularly presented on relevant topics such as the validity of transcripts and recommendations, admission committee evaluation systems, and diversity and inclusion strategies.

More recently, he has been leading schools in America and Southeast Asia. While in China, he was regularly called upon to introduce American boarding school culture to prospective students and parents. Never forgetting his first experience in schools as an English teacher, he has reviewed thousands of essays and helped many applicants to reveal their individual qualities and abilities in personal essays in their boarding school and college applications.

Outside the classroom, he has served as dormitory parent for over 10 years as well as an academic advisor to individual students for over 23 years. Cheryl graduated from Adelphi University with her Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech Arts, Theatre and Drama with a minor in Psychology. Since college, Cheryl has remained an educator and adviser with now almost 40 years of experience within the field; 28 years working directly in outreach, admissions and selection. She has also spent years as a radio and television announcer and was the voice for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, doing voiceover work for their outreach and educational videos. She looks forward to continuing that work by doing audio books and podcasts in the near future.

Cheryl has always been an advocate for advancing quality education for all students. Her philosophy is that students should not just survive at their chosen school, they should thrive!

Cheryl served as an Educational Adviser for high achieving, low to moderate income students. In this role, she sat on both sides of the admissions table; reading applications, rendering decisions and coordinating local interviews as well as working with her caseload of Scholars in all aspects of their high school experience by identifying appropriate high schools and assisting Scholars with the process from application to admission. Cheryl also provided the same service to her high school seniors as they sought to identify the best higher education institutions to attend. Ben Sorkin

During her 33 years at Exeter, she interviewed over 6000 applicants, evaluated over 16,000 applications, and served as the chair of every admissions subcommittee. She was Exeter’s first athletic liaison working closely with applicants and coaches. Additionally, she served on the financial aid committee, and managed the campus-wide visit program for admitted families each spring.
